We have now used MoveBuilder twice and were overall very happy with your service. This totals 4 of your subcontracted vendors we have used for packing/loading/unloading. Three of them we have been very pleased with, however, the packing/loading company this time I would not recommened to anyone. Please fix this issue as we will happily recommend MoveBuilder to our friends and family. The unloading service was exceptional. The movers were professional. They showed up on time and had our items unloaded, and assembled in record time. They took care for all our items and we were very, very pleased with them. They even sent out a thank you note for using their services a few days later. I highly recommend this company.
