I had a WONDERFUL experience with my move, thanks to excellent coordination between MoveBuilder and their contractors. All time estimates were accurate and my PODs even arrived at my new home a day earlier than expected which was a bonus! The entire experience was very stress-free for me. The moves who came to pack up my apartment were very friendly, polite, and efficient. All of my belongings and furniture arrived safely and in the same condition that they left in. My move manager Rita was very helpful and consistantly checked in with me through each step of the process. I was not charged any hidden fees or anything above the level of expectation that was set when I coordinated my move.
