Hollywood A-listers put home on the market
Just a few months after their divorce was finalized, punk-pop stars Avril Lavigne and Derek Whibley have put their $9.5 million mansion on the market, according to the National Association of Realtors. The duo unloaded their moving boxes into the 12,814 square foot property in 2007.
The home features a wine cellar, 10-car garage, eight bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, the NAR reports. The house used to be owned by Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker and was featured on MTV's, Meet the Barkers. Additionally, model Heidi Klum and her husband Seal have put their six-bedroom Beverly Hills home up for sale at the asking price of $6.9 million. The 6,794-square foot house sits on four acres of lush property with views of the canyons, according to the association. The property features a swimming pool, tennis court and two-car garage. Fashion designer and Jersey Shore outfitter Christian Audigier listed his Los Angeles home for $8.26 million this month, the NAR reports. The man behind the Ed Hardy brand is asking almost $4 million more for the property than what he paid back in 2007. In December Hardy moved into the home where Michael Jackson died, according to TMZ.
