The cast of the popular TV series, Jersey Shore, will be moving to Italy for the show's fourth season.
The fourth season of MTV's hit television show Jersey Shore will move the cast across the world to Italy, according to MTV news.
Executive producers announced that the show, which relocated to Miami for season 2, will again leave the small New Jersey beach town of Seaside Heights and head to the country whose heritage many of the cast members claim. The channel is very excited for this move and hopes it will keep audiences engaged and excited about the show. "While the stateside 'Jersey Shore' locales have become iconic for our audience it's really the constantly evolving dynamic amongst the cast that keeps them coming back each season and Europe is a fresh spin on a show that continues to reach new heights for us," said Chris Linn, MTV's executive vice president of programming and head of production. MTV reports that production is set to begin in the spring. Jersey Shore is one of MTV's most successful shows. The most recent episode had 8.9 million viewers, according to Nielsen ratings, making it the most viewed series episode in the channel's history. More News |
