Timberlake is moving to a new loft on West Broadway in Manhattan
Musician and actor Justin Timberlake wasn't going to wait for his former Tribeca loft to sell before moving into a new home in Manhattan.
The New York Post reports that Timberlake's quick relocation may have been the result of his growing impatience with paparazzi gathering outside his former home. His loft in the Pearline Soap Factory building in Manhattan's Tribeca district had a doorman who worked just part-time and "was not private enough for Timberlake," said the Post. He and girlfriend Jessica Biel were frequently hounded on their doorstep by waiting paparazzi, a source told the paper. As a result, Timberlake will be moving to a more secure $7.65-million, three-bedroom condo in the Soho Mews building on West Broadway, which includes a full-time doorman and various other security features. His previous three-bedroom, 3,000-square foot home has been listed for $5.25 million, reported the Post. Timberlake has also had privacy concerns at his Los Angeles property, where an overeager fan reportedly trespassed last year. That incident led to Timberlake filing a stop-harassment order against the fan, reported AOL Real Estate. More News |
