Detroit's downtown will get another new tenant when Quizzle moves in
Another tech company has announced its intentions to move to the Motor City.
Quizzle, a online service that offers credit and financial assistance to consumers, will share space in Detroit's Compuware building with its sister company, Quicken Loans. Both are a part of a recent surge of migrating corporations that are bringing business back to Detroit's downtown. Fathead, In-House Realty, One Reverse Mortgage, and Quicken also previously announced moves to the city's Woodward Avenue, nicknaming it WEBwood Avenue for the wealth of new technology companies in the area. "Downtown Detroit is about to experience a boom in the creation and growth of entrepreneurial, technology-focused companies unlike anything seen before in our part of the country. We are more than excited to be at the core of this transformation," said Quicken CEO Dan Gilbert. Quizzle CEO Todd Albery added that the company is looking forward to joining other tech-related companies in downtown Detroit. Before purchasing a home in the area, employees with Quizzle would be advised to secure a mortgage and research moving companies to haul their possessions to their new home.
