The star of "Stop Loss" is selling his zen-styled Hollywood Hills mansion.
Hollywood superstar Ryan Phillippe apparently needs to hire moving services, as he has put his 7,447-sq ft Hollywood home on the market, according to Zillow.
Phillippe, known for his role in films like "Cruel Intentions" and "Stoploss," bought the Hollywood Hills mansion for $7.175 million in 2007 soon after his divorce from Reese Witherspoon. The architecture of the property, dubbed "Rising Zen", was inspired by both modern and Asian influences, Zillow reported. The enormous house, listed for $7,450,000, contains 5 bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms, along with a two-story gym, art studio, koi pond and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer of a spectacular view of the city. The home also sports an outdoor area with a sauna, pool and canopied firepit, ensuring that any buyer will truly possess their own little piece of paradise. The Los Angeles area is one of the most expensive housing markets in the country, reported Forbes.com.
