While she's a top-selling artist, Susan Boyle is moving back home.
Reality television's singing superstar, Susan Boyle, is moving back to her childhood home in Scotland. The Daily Record reports that the singer has chosen to pack up her moving boxes and leave her luxurious estate for the comforts of familiarity.
"She wants to return because she is part of the community which she has missed," a neighbor told the news source. "Susan is a people person and does not like being on her own." Boyle, who shocked and delighted millions on Britain's Got Talent, reportedly left her home in West Lothian, Scotland last year after being robbed by a teenager. "Her new home is luxurious and I know that she loves it to bits, but it’s not the same. She is still the same old Susan who will stop to talk to you in the streets and thinks nothing of jumping on a bus to go shopping," a source said, according to the Record. She became the first British female to top the album charts in the UK and U.S. in the same year and has sold 14 million records worldwide. Her album was the best selling debut in UK history, selling 410,000 copies in its first week, according to the BBC. More News |
