Hollywood stars are selling their homes
Stars in the entertainment world have recently decided to relocate and have put their homes on the market, according to AOL. Scrubs creator Bill Lawrence and his wife Christa Miller of Cougar Town recently put their $11 million Los Angeles house up for sale. Taking the drop in the housing market into consideration, they have knocked $1.5 million off of what they purchased it for a mere three years ago.
Those who are looking to relocate to something a little more on the quiet side may be interested to know that Whoopi Goldberg has just dropped the price on her sprawling estate in Vermont. The four bedrooms and five bathrooms offer more than enough elbow room, but the real gem is the 745 acres of land that the house sits on, according to AOL. The home has exposed woods beams throughout, which adds to its rustic New England farmhouse feel, according to the source. Back on the West Coast, the infamous haunted American Idol house was so undesirable to renters it is up for sale, according to TMZ. The owners seemed to have no desire to move back into the place after the multiple stories of spooky occurrences that were reported by the potential teen sensations. They are offering up their 15,000-square-foot, two-acre compound, for a mere $12 million. More News |
